2005: Pitchers are doing everything but back flips.

"7 Innings of Heck" won't teach you to pitch but it will show you how to keep pitching.

This program wasn't named by Ron - it was nicknamed by his players (well, with a slight toning down by Ron). As he says: the objective is to make game day the easiest day of the week. It's a progressive program so pitchers just starting on it can do only the first 'innings' of workout and with fewer reps, then progress as they get stronger. What makes this particularly effective is the focus on modifying conventional conditioning exercises to the dynamic, body-torquing movements actually required in pitching.
