Your arm is your lifeline, take care of it

J-Bands are a key compenent of Alan Jaeger's training program (also used by other top instructors). This rotator cuff exercise program is the key to preventing arm injuries while promoting arm health, strength, endurance and recovery period. Baseball/softball players should never consider picking up a ball without doing their surgical tubing bands. Because the wrist straps take pressure off hands and fingers, J-Bands properly work the arm. We really recommend you also have the J-Band instructional video 'Thrive on Throwing' sold separately and in a package deal.
