This section is meant to include the pages we as hitting instructors, coaches, and players might be able to agree on. ... common ground on hitting.
As you can see, right now there isn't much! Watch for it to expand in the coming months with new motion-enhanced content on swing mechanics. The "Swing Repair" pages are also for the most part hitting essentials, so check out those case histories. But please also explore the Hitting Challenge & Teaching Methods sections where the debate rages on what is, and is not, the right way to swing and the best way to teach. To his information we have added a prior survey on the trend towards wood (if there is one), and just recently a new survey on the heels of a 2009 jury award in a 2003 death suit. If any section of the new WebBall 2.0 website is slated for rapid change, it is this. In the coming months we will continue to try and make sense of all the competing theories presented elsewhere.
