The ADB-138 features Kip leather which originates in Europe with tanning in Japan. Akadema uses U.S. steerhide put through this process. The result: Kip leather is 20% lighter and tighter grained than conventional steerhide. As a result Precision gloves are more pliable, easier to break in, with more tensile strength.
