12.75 inch outfield glove with the popular fly-trap web (for grabbing on to flyballs and stopping rollers), with a closed back.
The ADB-138 features Kip leather which originates in Europe with tanning in Japan. Akadema uses U.S. steerhide put through this process. The result: Kip leather is 20% lighter and tighter grained than conventional steerhide. As a result Precision gloves are more pliable, easier to break in, with more tensile strength. They cost more but the improvement in fit and playability makes Akadema Precision an excellent choice for the serious ballplayer.
